Ingredients: 56% branched chain amino acids (L-leucine 28%, L-isoleucine 14%, L-valine 14%), bulking agent (cellulose gel), anti-caking agents (calcium phosphates, magnesium salts, silicon dioxide), tablet coating (stabilizers, polyvinyl alcohol and polyethylene glycol copolymer combination), additional anti-caking agents (talc, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Allergens: Manufactured in a facility that processes products containing milk, eggs, gluten, soy, nuts, celery, fish, crustaceans and sulfur dioxide.

Usage: It is recommended to take 2 tablets 2 times a day, with a glass of water. During training – 2 tablets 30 min. before training and 2 tablets after it. On rest days – 2 tablets 2 times a day, between meals. Do not exceed the specified dose.
